Stoke motion is a private movement studio that guides the body with the modality it needs.  Every workout and exercise is personalized while balancing the body to move with greater precision.  Whether it’s rehabbing an old injury, just wanting to move with more freedom or even balancing the strength and length within the body, my workouts are very individualistic to achieve those goals.  Every body is different and that is why I offer so many different types of movement training:  GYROTONIC® and  GYROKINESIS® Methods, Pilates, Yoga, Strength Training, Manual and Assisted Stretching.
